This was a fantastic novel! I can't believe that I hadn't found Elizabth Chadwick before but I can tell you that I will definitely continue to read more of her writing. She kept me interested to the point that even if I wasn't reading I was wondering what was going on with the Bigod family. I definitely recommend her to anyone who enjoys historical fiction!
