The Neverending Reader Reviews

I work in the retail industry and love to get away from the craziness by reading a great book! I also love to tell anyone who will listen about my latest reads.

Independence (Significance, #4)

Independence - Shelly Crane What a cute ending to a pretty good series. It feels like I have been reading nonstop since I started the Significance series and I am glad that it is finally over. Perhaps I can truly get some sleep now... What I love the most about the whole series was the aspect of the supernatural mixed with human elements. She may have become something huge in a new world but she stayed grounded for the most part in her human world as well. Everyone likes a happy ending including myself. I'm pretty satisfied with the way this whole series went from start to finish.

Defiance (Significance, #3)

Defiance (Significance, #3) - Shelly Crane I wasn't as impressed with this part of the story as the others in this series. It really felt like a lot of it didn't need to happen. Also the editing wasn't quite on par as the previous either. Overall, I'm glad to be reaching the conclusion to this series and I am crossing my fingers for a happy ending. I was glad to see that not everything was as hunky dory as the others in the series but I am ready for the drama to conclude and to see everything come together.

Accordance (Significance, #2)

Accordance (Significance, #2) - Shelly Crane This one was a faster read for me than the first and though it was action packed I really didn't feel as on edge. I enjoyed learning more about the Aces and the gradual progression of Caleb and Maggie's relationship. Can't wait to start the next one though I might wait till tomorrow since I'm exhausted!

Significance: Special Movie Edition: 1 (The Significance Series)

Significance - Shelly Crane I enjoyed this novel. It was supernatural without being overly supernatural. The story was cute and the characters were well written. I liked that everything happened for a reason and she kept things interesting. You find out about everything in a drawn out fashion instead of all at once which keeps you in the moment with the main character. It was lovely and now I shall immediately start the next one!

Streamline

Streamline - Jennifer Lane What a roller coaster! Sometimes it seemed like the book would never end and sometimes it seemed too much but having finally completed reading it I appreciate that there was such resolution to the entire story. All the pieces finally fit together and I even shed a tear which hasn't happened in awhile.

When We Collide

When We Collide - A.L. Jackson If this had been the first novel of A.L.Jackson that I read I'm not sure that I would have read any more. I did not expect that story after having already read Take This Regret but I am getting the feeling that she had a difficult childhood...
The Big Five-OH! - Sandra D. Bricker Cute book. Easy read and a great ending.

Barely Breathing (Breathing, #2)

Barely Breathing - Rebecca Donovan Still don't like the main character and how things seem to happen to her that she doesn't realize. The ending was good though! And still a fast read because I wanted to know what was going I happen.

Reason to Breathe (Breathing, #1)

Reason to Breathe (Breathing, #1) - Rebecca Donovan I really liked this book (so much that I stayed up until 4:30am to finish it this morning. My reason for 4 out of 5 stars is actually because of the main character. She appears so strong and so smart except for when it comes to herself that it was just hard to take sometimes.

Take This Regret (Take This Regret, #1)

Take This Regret (Take This Regret, #1) - A.L. Jackson, Amy Lichtenhan I don't know if it is the only child of divorced parents that made me like reading this book so much but I really liked it! I enjoyed the writing as much as the story and will definitely read another!

What a Boy Wants

What a Boy Wants - Nyrae Dawn The writing in this book kind of confused me at some points because I know it was written by a woman but it totally had thoughts like a man... But since it was written from the prospective of a seventeen year old then I suppose it was done on purpose. It was predictable but a fun (and fast) read.
Vicious Circles (Wrong Reasons, #2) - J.L. Paul Not as good as the first one but not a horrible waste of time to read. Good plot twists but still predictable.
All The Wrong Reasons (Wrong Reasons, #1) - J.L. Paul I was intrigued and it was a fast read. I'll be tired at work tomorrow but when am I not? Haha

Good For You (Between the Lines, #3)

Good For You (Between the Lines, #3) - Tammara Webber Predictable but great. I definitely should be sleeping right now but I just had to finish the last half of this book! Maybe now I can sleep?

Where You Are (Between the Lines, #2)

Where You Are (Between the Lines, #2) - Tammara Webber Even better than the first one! I enjoy the writing style of Webber and am using my Kindle right now while I write this review on my phone to buy the third book. Haha

Love Unrehearsed (Love, #2)

Love Unrehearsed (Love, #2) - Tina Reber I actually think that this book was better than the 1st one though just as predictable. I was glad to see how everything worked in the world that Tina Reber created for this "Hollywood" couple. Glad to see the series is over as well so that I can move on!
